I am the owner and cleaner at Blue Ribbon Window Cleaning.

Blue Ribbon is a small locally owned window and solar panel cleaning company in southern Utah. I made the decision to keep this company small allowing me to avoid the unfortunate pit falls that many companies face today with to much growth. Often times this turns into issues with hiring and maintaining good employees, a change in the quality of work, more expenses that are often passed onto the customer, and owner/management taking a backseat role to the actual work being down. This pit fall is a classic sign that quantity has over taken the value of quality.

To me, small means that I am the owner, sales team, and cleaner. This allows me to guarantee that the quality of work is exceptional, the customer service is beyond what you expect, and that you do not just feel like another customer on my route for the day. Staying small does mean I say no to taking on jobs to avoid over booking my schedule. If you are flexible with your cleaning time frames I will do my best to get you on the schedule as soon as I have an opening.

Finally keeping a small select customer base allows me be more selective with the clients I choose to work with. This ultimately leads to a better experience for the customer and myself, while creating exclusivity to those I work with. I believe in honoring the relationships we create and I pride myself on putting our repeat and quarterly customers first.
